Any credit card nerds here? Trying to decide between Chase Saphire Reserve and Amex Gold

Want to optimize for 
1) travel
2) signup bonus
3) food

Chase is more expensive but has free citi bikes which is clutch for NYC

I’d actually sign up for the Preferred and upgrade to the Reserve after year 1. Usually the sign up bonus is higher and worth more than the multiplier

Amex is one and done. You can always come back to the Amex system at a later time
