ITAP of an ancient relic, the original flagship store of Century 21, founded in 1961. In 2023, it was announced that the 150,000-square-foot commercial space will be refurbished by ASG Equities, the real estate family office of the Gindi Family, who founded the Century 21 brand in New York City.

Ok maybe ancient relic is a bit of an exaggeration but it’s been so long for me since I last went to century 21! So my brain feels like it’s from the ancient times 😂

Oh it’s true. I don’t remember ever going in, but I do remember my parents driving by it back in the day all the time
