Yeah - it’s so incredibly easy to say. It is so hard to prioritize and take a long term, there are so many pitfalls, so many distractions. It’s like Odysseus in The Odyssey, so many sirens, so many things along the way, temptations, resistance both external and internal to yourself

True. I’d seen though enough instances now where someone is backed so far against the wall in pursuit of the long term that it clouds their judgement on the way there and is a different route that someone can lose out on long term ROI

Yes but so often we start to confuse the short term wins as long term wins so requires some discipline to understand what you need to do now to reach the long term ROI
