We've heard the community and recognize the current tip allowances aren't ideal. We're developing a new incentive mechanism to reward long-term members and reduce farming. We'll iterate quickly to improve the next season, making token farming increasingly difficult. @cadillion and I are cooking.

To clarify, future systems will require you to show commitment to the Degen project by locking or staking. We aim to reward long-term HODLers of Degen. The incentive mechanism we're designing is currently in development.

Interesting Jacek, but how will you do it? For example, I sent all my degen except 10K to another wallet that I don't want to connect to Warpcast because I'm always afraid of getting it drained, even though I've been a holder from the very beginning 🎩

That's an interesting problem. We'll likely ask you to stake or lock those tokens with us. Are your tokens currently locked or unlocked?

They are not locked, just on a wallet that I hardly ever use. However, if you offer a staking platform or locked tokens, that would be really great.

same here, most of my Degen is in a different wallet: too many people are getting drained and tbh lots of people are doing this, so whatever thing you’re making has to realize that

Same. All is in another wallet because I have seen too many people get drained. If I’m drained in this wallet it will be the minimum 10K only. Rest is sleeping elsewhere. Maybe staking it would help there?
