Just as an example—if someone suggests the Degen app should lean more on images than text, I’d want to look at the data first: how many image posts people are making, if they get more reactions, what types do well, etc., before making any decisions.

Data is certainly more reliable for many reasons.

???, I think you always need to listen, then analyse data, do some A/B test, do sprints, but listening must be in the process, what could be wrong is to listen and act immediately...

I don’t disagree but would just add that context can be pretty important.

People opinion's are vary . you can't please all of the people all of the time.
