We're considering selecting trusted moderators to help moderate posts. They would have the ability to disable tips on posts. We're still thinking through the details.

If you are looking for real trustworthy people how will this be vetted? This will be very difficult and heavily scrutinized. Should have some objective measures. I'd be open to discussing this further.
