i write a weekly memo for /icebreaker that helps me organize my own brain, let's me compare with @web3pm, and helps communicate that to the team. this takes me anywhere from 30m-4h depending on what comes up the ultimate output from the exercise are our Big Rocks for the week โ€“ the 3 product updates that are the highest priority for us to achieve. we review these as a team during our daily standups - review Monday, check in on progress Wednesday, and score ourselves Friday another key element for me are the Thought Experiments / CUJ analysis where i LARP as that user type and honestly ask myself if i can complete the desired job, then score us. overall it's been a really helpful exercise that allows me to zoom out to the big picture before getting granular each week on my exact tasks to complete as well as course correct when we find new insights
