is the Singularity just every government and employee integrating AI until our decisions are abstracted into the machine void? i imagined a sentient big bang moment, like an eye opening for the first time maybe it’s a slow roll over a decade and one day see quietly it happened

it’s interesting to me how the leaked memo from shopify ceo describes the goal as the “reflexive” use of ai is now a “baseline expectation.” makes me think the ai “reflexularity” is the next stage. like before anyone reads anything or thinks anything they reflexively put it into ai and ask what it means and what they should say.

i consult it frequently - sometimes it’s right and sometimes it’s not best helper in my weakest areas (cooking, coding)
