if rainbow wanted to subsidize creation of farcaster accounts for users that have not created one yet, is it possible to leverage zkTLS to require users to have specific metrics on their twitter accounts in order to qualify for the subsidization? ie: only subsidize users whos twitter accounts were made before X date, or only subsidize users with more than X number of tweets

u dont need zkTLS for this, u can do it for ~$25/mo on rapidapi.com i just queried your handle and got the correct follower count as well as account creation date combine this with icebreaker or farcaster Twitter verifications (OAuth verification) and you're good to go cc @web3pm

This would take 1/2 of a pair coding session with @eliperelman to ingest the follower count and creation date and surface it back in the icebreaker API for an arbitrary fid Then we could create rules for channel moderation thru things like /modbot too
