Are the 1 million bots on any social media considered active users? Are the 1 million crypto spams considered volume? Is the fake traffic or autogenerated one used by digital news to ask for governments grants considered active users? goverments and investors trust them.. so, yes?

We need something that may be not possible under the rules of capitalism. We need alignment of incentives. Once we got it, we can skip relaying on metrics, we could relay on voting systems, honest decisions,..

You gotta chase something though. There was a concept in Revolt of the Public about diffusion threshold (or something), which was minimum number of people to make a current thing, could be better?
