You gotta chase something though. There was a concept in Revolt of the Public about diffusion threshold (or something), which was minimum number of people to make a current thing, could be better?

Are the 1 million bots on any social media considered active users? Are the 1 million crypto spams considered volume? Is the fake traffic or autogenerated one used by digital news to ask for governments grants considered active users? goverments and investors trust them.. so, yes?

DAU system is broken imo.

It’s implied in the metric name. “Active”, each company defines it differently. In Farcaster case an active user should be considered 1+ casts on that day and with a length more than 5 words?
