Anyone else notice that a bunch of banks are offering instant transfers for free? It's almost like they've had the ability to do it the entire time, and crypto is threatening to eat their money transfer lunch. #crypto

Down almost 15 pounds in 2 months and it's mostly, if not all, fat. Starting a 3-5 day fast to try to get my digestive system right with a goal of getting under 230 by EOM & under 225 by the end of June. Tracking calories and hitting the gym 3x a week has been crucial to hitting goals so far. DL PR of 335 x 6 yesterday

PR of 245lbs on Trap/Hex Deadlift, down 7lbs of fat, and 1.3% bodyfat while adding .2lbs of muscle in the last month. I start work again tomorrow after the last month off for paternity leave so its time to say no to snacks at work 🙃

I was drawn to the feelings of outer space ( I worked in that field at the time and still love it) and the togetherness I hope my son and daughter feel for each other. I hope they're each other's first and longest friends. It also feels like a simpler time reminding me of my own childhood, before phones & social media.

It's been in the nursery of my oldest (21 months) and my youngest (1 month) when she moves out of her bassinet.

Honestly, not a lawyer, but for tax reasons you're probably going to want to set up an LLC, S-Corp, or some other structure to own the piece and then individual tax management solutions based on your home states/countries to mitigate the damage. It'll take work, but mutch better than taking several hundred k as income
