Down almost 15 pounds in 2 months and it's mostly, if not all, fat. Starting a 3-5 day fast to try to get my digestive system right with a goal of getting under 230 by EOM & under 225 by the end of June. Tracking calories and hitting the gym 3x a week has been crucial to hitting goals so far. DL PR of 335 x 6 yesterday
