I am sold on the idea that my back is fucked up because I sit too much, and I need to be squatting (and standing) more. Basically I need a sit/stand/squat workstation. Anyone have something like that that works for them? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=965Fwq2aVIo

I feel this. Squats and deadlifts heal the knees and back. We don't lift enough, so consequently lifting ourselv3s becomes hard.

funny... my back injuries are a direct result of doing squats and deadlifts... I agree that long run they are good if done properly (I'm very concious of my form), but I'm starting to think there are issues outside of my workouts I need to address to make them work for me.
