yep they were very clear they believe incremental change is the way

But isn’t that still playing the game that men referee? And bankroll? The system was not built for equality in the workplace it was meant for good old boys

First reaction: This is a hard truth to swallow

2nd reaction: it’s like infiltrating the system and playing the long game to suddenly come out of the woods and pull the rug
