Masculinity is not toxic. Some men are for sure but masculinity itself isn't. Don't generalize. Don't deal in absolutes. Don't punish the present and future for the sins of the past. Just live and let live. Learn and move on.

this would be true if we didn't live under patriarchal power structures men should stop creating podcasts and start taking responsibility for the privileges they enjoy

believe women when they say a male has violated them, tell men that talk over them, steal their ideas, or otherwise demonstrate their fear of female agency to stfu don't treat women like objects or the reward to some game don't put your feelings above women's safety etc!

@ivy I'm so glad you brought this up to @gabrielayuso.eth he could stand to do some research on the topic of toxic masculinity and how it benefits and maintains the patriarchy it seems. I also find it interesting that he made claims to not generalize but then did and gave instructions to others to not speak out against toxic masculinity. Definitely sounds like someone who benefits from the patriarchy and most likely is toxic himself. Could be a possible projection because he was called out for his toxic masculinity đ¤
