there’s a clear lack of conversation around the channels stuff on farcaster.
echo chambers are bad and we do a disservice to farcaster long term if we:

- always agree 100% with what @dwr.eth says and does / dont hold people accountable
- are afraid to speak out about things, specifically the larger accounts here

The person Dan engaged with was clearly acting in bad faith. I don't disagree with his response tbh.

I do think there is an interesting discussion around the "OG" accounts that have been gifted large platforms here.

In my experience they're lovely and thoughtful people. I'm happy to be here with them...

suggested users list / auto-follow is the golden ticket of nascent platforms, and i think the implication being made here is that some ppl are afraid to critique based on that 

tbh i'd rather it be on vibe checks from ppl at Merkle than some less savoury ways ie investors or growth marketers bartering spots
