so glad the world is waking up to DEI practices.

That shit had always been non-sense to me. 

The theory is “win the hearts and minds” the practice is “let’s not look bad”.

I can tell you from personal (military & civilian work) experiences, that shit ends up bad and stinky.

world = the majority of general corporate environment and populations due to recent events. 

As I was using it, wasn’t trying to be too precise on individuals or subgroups. 

wrt the real issues, no doubt issues need to be addressed. My comments are trying to say, current forms, at best, are harmful to *any* subgroup.
