Question: do we really need message history for all digital communications? It seems like the default for most chat/comms apps (with the exception of FC DCs). IRL interactions often have no history or record except what we remember

This is why I kind of like BeReal it’s like my mini rollup journal where I can look back to what I was doing at a certain moment or day
