My wife eats butter once a year. And it happens when I come home with morel mushrooms from the Berkshire Mountains of eastern Massachusetts.

 This is the first time I have seen this shape!

 In Japan, mushrooms such as "shimeji, shiitake, and enoki" are often eaten!

I hunt them every year. They smell incredible! As soon as you pick them, the cinnamon scent comes out. They have an elegant, complex character.
