Nice write-up. Small correction...I believe "When you're offered a seat on the rocket ship, don't ask what seat." is from Eric Schmidt. He famously told that to Sheryl Sandberg when she was asking about what her role would be at Google.

Yes good catch! I’m so used to reading / hearing it in relation to Sheryl that I misattributed it as her quote :)
