I have seen many mentions of DEGEN L3; however, not a ton of detail or explanations. What we know so far: - DEGEN will be an L3 built on BASE - DEGEN is seen as the native token on Farcaster - DEGEN has already seeded/airdropped many projects, including Perl and Drakula App DEGEN = L3 for SocialFi Thoughts?

$RBLX just reported and beat estimates. Roblox is such an interesting company because it's the closest example of an existing "metaverse" that we have. They have a currency (Robux). They allow people to create games within their ecosystem. They allow people to own items. The only missing link is interoperability.

I've been looking at a small cap homebuilder for some time called Landsea Homes Corp ($LSEA). Trades at 0.7x book value and an 11x P/E. Thesis here is shortage of housing in the US + eventually declining interest rates + consolidation in the housing sector (i.e. $LSEA could be an acq target)
