I do love grilling but I love the 50's style Weber kettle way. I just smoke everything using the charcoal snake method and fruit wood from pruning my backyard apple tree. It's hands-off, low-budget, zen.

I have also done snake method on a Webber. Did the Thanksgiving turkey that way and it was great!

Dang I'm out of daily degen. Although I will confess that when I'm doing ribs or brisket I cheat and sous-vide-que it. Works every time.
