Grilling / Smoking / BBQ

I do love grilling but I love the 50's style Weber kettle way. I just smoke everything using the charcoal snake method and fruit wood from pruning my backyard apple tree. It's hands-off, low-budget, zen.

Actually bought degen. I'm always late to the party. Once it ripens I think it's tip gotime
