Today I stopped reading a book at the 31% mark on my Kindle. I wasn’t enjoying it. If I’m over 1/3 of the way through and it’s not hitting, I need to move on. I’ve always felt compelled to finish a book I’ve started but it’s my time: I get to choose how to use it. Give yourself permission to stop reading a book you aren’t enjoying.

💯💯💯 I just stopped midway through “The Splendid and the Vile”. Perhaps I knew enough about Churchill already, but it got real boring. 250 $degen
