We are 7 ish, technically 6b, but we were rezoned a few years ago. Coverings are the key to growing later in the season. Fabric row coverings with plastic over top. Many greens and brassicas are frost and freeze hardy, but they want some protection. Tatsoi will grow in the snow

I may have asked you this and I apologize if I did ,but what grow hardiness zone are you in? I'm in planning mode for next season and I need more veggies that grow later into the season.

We get tatsoi and greens to grow year round here. I steam them in my bamboo basket and then pour sauce on them😋

Beautiful looking Pak Choi! 🔥🔥🔥 Amazing that you can keep harvesting into December. I've heard they can actually grow all year even in kinda cold climes, but haven't tried sowing them all year round.
