You don’t need supplements to get big. Raw milk and raw eggs are key. If you wanna take supps here are the best: Ashwaganda Tongkat Ali Shilajit You don’t need these but this is as far as you should go. Need optimal nutrition for optimal gains. Animal based is best. Raw is better.

I agreed with a lot of the sentiment here, but wanted to add that cooked eggs are more bio-available than raw eggs and a lot safer too.
