A Coinbase user was likely social engineered and scammed for 110 cbBTC ($11.5M) on Base last month by a threat actor. The stolen funds were immediately swapped, bridged, and laundered through multiple instant exchanges and funds consolidated with other Coinbase victims on Ethereum. Voter atrophy comes from not making governance enjoyable enough to spend your time. That's the beauty of a DAO. Having to spend 4 hours in a call to hear a few proposals is too much time for most people, especially on a weekday. Agreed that voter participation is important, but that's a separate issue to the DUNA imo.
