Today I’m going to cook some pointed cabbage. It’s one of my favorite types of cabbage. I first discovered it here in Germany, and I think we don’t have it in South America. The taste is lighter than regular cabbage, and it pairs well with other vegetables. I’ll probably add some carrot and potato and make a sauté. Eating healthy, real food has been a part of my life for more than a year, and it’s made wonders for me.

don't recall ever cooking with it . but seen it around plenty . good to know about its unique properties . might try a cabbage soup with it at some point in the near future . 100 $DEGEN 1000 $WILD

It is very tasty. Milder and more delicate than usual cabbage. Let me know your impressions when you cook it.
