Curious what type of therapy have you tried and what worked the most for you in terms of growth and healing?

i have been in and out of therapy since i was five years old . the last round was the first time i actually knew what kind it was : jungian analysis . for me it's less about the kind but about the person . it's a relationship of sorts . i think this one was helpful . but only to a certain extent .

Wow you got one of most important aspects which so many miss - is the connection with the therapist - the person is such a crucial aspect! My main teacher who inspired me on the path of working with people, was the therapist I got along the most with and could access hardest life experiences within.

i guess it's luck . 🍀 . and years of experience . in mine if there's a lack of some sort if emotion or empathy i know i am not connecting . when i meet with a ice cube i know that i might as well be talking to a wall .
