Curious what type of therapy have you tried and what worked the most for you in terms of growth and healing?

i have been in and out of therapy since i was five years old . the last round was the first time i actually knew what kind it was : jungian analysis . for me it's less about the kind but about the person . it's a relationship of sorts . i think this one was helpful . but only to a certain extent .

Love Jungian approach too. His concepts of creativity, collective, personal myth, archetypes is everything! I use a lot of his work in my practice. Just listened to an amazing lecture about Jungβs personal process when he had a βbreak downβ and chad to work by himself through it π€―π₯

Wow you got one of most important aspects which so many miss - is the connection with the therapist - the person is such a crucial aspect! My main teacher who inspired me on the path of working with people, was the therapist I got along the most with and could access hardest life experiences within.
