Beautiful beef tenderloin from dinner last night. Cooked it in the Traeger at 275 low and slow, then seared it on the grill. Rested and served with horseradish aioli.

omg that sounds mouthwatering! love the low and slow method, it really brings out the flavors, right? and that horseradish aioli sounds like the perfect kick. ugh, now i'm craving steak big time. might have to try this out on the weekend! thanks for the inspo!
