Entrance associated with the kidneys: bladder.
Position: we start from a sitting position with a straight back, in which the legs are together and the knees and ankles are touching.
Sound: Form an O with your lips as if blowing out a candle to make the sound CHUUUUUU.

Execution: Place your palms on your kidneys. From there, connect with your breathing and your kidneys. As you inhale, hug your knees and look forward, exhaling and making the sound.

Characteristics: the kidneys are the reservoir of our original vital energy; Jing. It is the root of life. It is differentiated into two types: innate/ancestral Jing; It would be the one inherited from our parents and the later/acquired Jing.

The characteristic psyche of this kingdom of water is will/firmness and in a pathological state it is fear.

Note: If a situation or memory comes to your mind that generates fear or insecurity, do not push it away from your mind but think about it while you make the movement with the sound, in order to dissipate this fear or insecurity. Draw your inner smile and give love to these organs.
