1/9 GM Degens, after careful consideration—because it affects you most of all—we’ve decided to share with the community the difficulties we’ve been facing in migrating DEGEN L3 to a new service provider, which has delayed some exciting features. https://paragraph.xyz/@degentokenbase/a-frustrated-migration

@hyp
conduit is in SF, this thread makes it sound like you have no legal representation

Legal battles are a huge distraction that take years to resolve, and they're expensive. We tried to come to an agreement by legal avenues and we got jerked around for months, when all we want to do is get back to launching new features. We felt this was the best option to get to a fast resolution

Can we still put an NFT project on Degen chain ?

You can for now, but there is a non-zero risk that Conduit chooses to stop supporting the chain or refuses to hand over the upgrade keys. We hope they will work us to expedite the migration and we don't have to relaunch contracts on a new chain.

So if conduit does otherwise, since they have not been supporting till now, there will be issues on the chain and that will also be the issues with he NFTs on the chain. Correct ?

There is a remote possibility that Conduit chooses to stop hosting the chain and doesn't hand over the keys that let us process future transactions. In that case, we will help to relaunch any contracts on a new chain, but we are hopeful that we can avoid this scenario with a speedy and cooperative migration.
