I ditched Pocket, and Zotero years ago. Zotero's OS do not account for endless bugs. Got an EndNote '20 license during the last bull. But I think academics are too lazy to create a genuinely usable citation software. The only thing I like about EndNote is the online locker + keyword automation group creation.

Emmm, but now I can't live without zotero. It's been really useful for me in academic writing and citations. Perhaps you could give its plugins a try sometime.

I tried Zotero during my MA years and back then even Mendeley was better TBH. I am happy with the EndNote yet none of these software works in line with the current seamlessness of any related technology. Sure though I'll give it a try again.

“Better BibTeX”, this plugin is excellent, especially when combined with ChatGPT, it provides a great experience in academic writing.😆
