Was gifted some Vietnamese peppercorns of an unknown variety. Very excited to try them — any tips on figuring out what kinda of peppercorns these are?

They look like the tellicherry peppercorns I have on hand, but the aroma is wildly different. Almost sweet, and floral. 

All I know is they are from a family farm.
