@bfg Instructions: 1. Cook the Beans: - Wash and cook the beans with enough water until very soft. Mash it slightly. 2. Prepare the Agoyin Sauce: - Heat palm oil until it becomes bleached (light golden color). - Add sliced onions and fry until dark brown. - Add blended pepper, chili, and onions. Fry on low heat until the oil floats on top. - Add crayfish, salt, and seasoning cube. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Serve: - Pour the sauce over the mashed beans and enjoy with agege bread, yam, or fried plantain.
