Farcaster algo recommendation: Boost

Boost is some sort of follow accelerator for accounts that are clearly engaged and casting in good faith 

This will rapidly accelerate the followings of new users who are putting in the work, allowing them to see sustainable gains which prevents churn and increases network health

Boost should take into account replies which imo are the lifeblood of a community and are often easier for new people to start with.
