Hollywood above Kill Bill huh. What's your thinking here?

It takes more than one watch (I didn’t like it that much at first!) but Hollywood is an absolute cinematic masterpiece with S-tier messaging and story telling

I may need to watch it again. Only once (in the theater, in situ in LA) but was kind of underwhelmed. Cinematically pretty but fell flat IMO.

I think it’s the least “Tarantino” of his movies, but it’s a great film indeed, with a great cast. Case could be made to swap it for Reservoir Dogs, but I love Django Unchained. It has everything — action, romance, comedy, suspense. Christoph Waltz 🤌🏼

I have read way way too much about Manson family stuff and it was pretty true to reality. One thing I didn’t see mentioned much is how much it was inspired by The Family by Ed Sanders- very good read.
