Q: Best A.I. use case?

A: The A.I. Primary Care Physician.

In my life I’ve been genuinely harmed by the bad advice of:

Unavailable PCPs
Overworked PCPs
Compromised PCPs
Dogmatic PCPs
Dumb PCPs
Lazy PCPs

I see zero reason that A.I. PCPs should not fix every one of these problems, for every person 🤖🩺

The application of AI that I'm most excited about in the upcoming wave:

playing /bracket, assisting /bracky, talking /greatbooks

too litigious imho, but no doubt could be better than humans

Moderate-to-severe symptoms.

if anything could be like coding where there’s an AI assistant, but ultimately a human Dr has to accept responsibility

That’s a big thing to figure out. Maybe it takes off in a part of the world that is in need, and not so incumbent-protective
