conduit is in SF, this thread makes it sound like you have no legal representation

Legal battles are a huge distraction that take years to resolve, and they're expensive. We tried to come to an agreement by legal avenues and we got jerked around for months, when all we want to do is get back to launching new features. We felt this was the best option to get to a fast resolution

Seems clear from conduit message there has been no legal footing for anything since May. https://x.com/conduitxyz/status/1854597395948224999 Not a good situation. I presume they were under contract until May, but you jumped out of that one and they wouldn't hand over keys?

Our relationship began with Conduit under a separate contractor After the chain downtime they took the position that our relationship had been terminated through that contractor It seems like a weird position to take because they have a standard SLA and Services Agreement that you accept when signing up on their site
