I’m a big fan of Robert Sapolsky. 

As a biologist who loves to read about biochemistry and behavior, he does an excellent job of breaking down any complicated scientific topic, like free will.

In his latest book, it’s remarkable how he identifies the errors in New Age’s take on “creating your own reality”

Oh, yeah, well tell him I just manifested this cast. Seriously though, also a fan, he is such a gifted writer. I read "Primate's Memoir" and laughed out loud for large sections. Have "Behave" in my stack now. 99 $degen

On Brain Science, Master and His Emissary,  A Brief History of Intelligence, Being You, and 1000 Brains are some of my favorites, probably in that order.

On the Physics side, Beginning of Infinity by David Deutsch is a favorite.

Behave is definitely worth the read! It goes more into the biochemistry and it’s just as well written. Love his sense of humor.
