Anyone ever had a climbing related knee injury? I'm suffering from knee pain which is most intense when pulling with the leg. Even slightly overhanging climbing is painful. Sitting on my knee is painful. The doctors have failed to diagnose even with MRI.

I’m not dr but i suspect based on my own similar experience is that you may have strained but not severly damaged your acl, so things get loose and slightly out of place with some swelling. Might take 3 months to recover. Bending or pulling back cause greatest pain (with no other symptoms like clicking) Accupuncture worked wonders for me to get the area flowing again.

Thanks for the hint. Second person to recommend acupuncture!

For joint injury and swelling it does seem to somehow get the joint to drain and heal faster. I was always skeptical what seemed like progressive degeneration has turned around completely for me.

Interesting - i’ve tried in the past without positive results, but for very different injuries
