Ooo looks so good! I’ve been using the Marcella hazan recipe but it’s more tomato heavy and no pancetta

I grew up with a tomato base bolognese too. This wasn’t heavy during or after consumption. Pancetta, whole milk, stock, and the paste reduced down made a comparable sauce texture. I would recommend the recipe.
