I’m struggling right now because I am a singer songwriter and recently decided to start posting a video of me playing a song every week. I posted the first one a few days ago and have had unbearable anxiety ever since and archived the post on IG. The longer I’ve known someone the more I am worried about judgement I think which is why IG makes me the most nervous, being where my family and friends from school are.

To answer the second question, I don’t think it’s possible for people not to judge. I don’t think I would believe it

Fear of being seen, is big for me— too!
