I used to hate it, and literally stopped using Instagram past couple of years. But recently I have started using it again, and do feel the quality of content, or at least what the algo shows me, on reels (and yt shorts) have significantly improved. Just being mindful of not spending too much time using them.

I find zero appeal in them. I can see things bouncing back a bit toward written & long form video.
