using fctransaction:// scheme would make it possible for wallets to support it with no external dependencies universal links can be specified in farcaster client to use a specific wallet when several wallet apps are installed using fctransaction:// scheme will make it possible to sign on desktop with no walletconnect

select a specific universal link in farcaster client settings when there are multiple wallets i do not like the wallet being opened by default, i go to settings, and select a specific wallet then farcaster client triggers a universal link like rainbow,me/tx… with the same payload

mobile farcaster client can check if it can't open a deeplink and suggest an "install wallet" fallback either deeplink or inpage provider method would work with no dependencies on the web walletconnect should be one of the options, not the only one

imagine using WalletConnect in 2024, this evil company is doomed and i will do everything possible to accelerate its fall also, you're not a real developer if you're relying on SDKs, even more if it includes 999 dependencies this being said, i can't access the original link without logging in with Notion🤨

to be clear coinbase sdk is not a requirement and neither is wallet connect Mobile Wallet Protocol is a peer-to-peer connection between mobile apps installed on the same device with no intermediary—that's one of the reasons we liked it
