im between 2 and 3 i sleep a lot so thats probably contribute to my vivid imagination

i got number 1, but only when its visualized in a space (house, restaurant, etc.). its close to 5 when I only want to visualize just an apple

Can I start at 3 and then add in more details until I arrive at 1?

I do this a lot when I’m on a diet and just imagine eating good.
