Today I raced a HM in Monza. 
RT 1:28:56. 

This is the baseline for my winter season. I’m happy with the time (even if far from PB) since I’ve not trained specifically for the race. Too hot in August to train properly. 

The breath was ok (trained a lot in zone2) but my legs suffered the last few km at this pace. 

I need some interval training and I can do well early next year. LFG 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
