Today I raced a HM in Monza. RT 1:28:56. This is the baseline for my winter season. Iโ€™m happy with the time (even if far from PB) since Iโ€™ve not trained specifically for the race. Too hot in August to train properly. The breath was ok (trained a lot in zone2) but my legs suffered the last few km at this pace. I need some interval training and I can do well early next year.
